Step-by-step: Create and manage football tournament schedules

A simple guide on how to quickly and easily create your own tournament schedule online.

Create tournament schedule

Click on the following link to start creating the football tournament: Create tournament
Choose 'Quick' or 'Advanced' at the top. Quick takes you to a finished schedule with just a few details, Advanced shows every setting. You can switch at any time without losing your entries.
Choose which kind of competition you are planning: a tournament with a group and a knockout phase, a pure knockout tournament, a pure group stage, a Funiño or a League over several matchdays.
Set how many teams take part — and, for tournaments with groups, how many groups.
For tournaments with a knockout phase you decide from which round the final phase starts.
If needed, tick 'Match for place 3' or 'Match for place 5'.
In the detailed setup you additionally choose whether every group plays a first and a second leg and in which order the groups play their matches.

Example: if you choose 'Round of 16', the final phase starts there. The quarterfinals, semifinals and final follow.

Enter the names of the teams.
In the detailed setup you can insert placeholders with 'Dummy Teams' and change the names later.

Enter the start time for the first match.
Enter the duration of the match and break times.
If there are several pitches, enter this under 'Number of fields'. Several matches then run at the same time — that shortens the tournament day considerably.
Under 'Placement rule', you can select the rule by which the teams will be placed in the groups.
Under 'Rules & Notes', you can write a text that will appear on the match schedule.

Here you can provide your contact information and the event location, which will appear on the match schedule.
Optionally enter the participation fee.
Don't forget to specify the currency of the participation fee. It is also possible to include a text, such as 'A crate of water'.
The name, website, and logo of your sponsor will also appear on the match schedule.

On the overview page, you can see all the information at a glance.
If you forgot something or want to change something, you can click the 'back' button or the tabs above.
Information and team names can also be changed after the tournament has been created.
