Right of withdrawal

Free-Tournament Premium is activated immediately after the contract has been successfully concluded.

When the contract is concluded we therefore expressly ask for your consent that the provision of Free-Tournament Premium begins before the statutory withdrawal period has expired.

If you withdraw from the contract within the withdrawal period after having requested the immediate start of the Premium service, the statutory provisions on withdrawal apply. In particular, reasonable compensation may be payable for the service already rendered up to the withdrawal.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

by means of a clear statement, for example a letter or an email, of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

You may use the model withdrawal form below for this purpose. Using the form is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your statement concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you under this contract without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal.

For this reimbursement we will generally use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.

You will not be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

If you expressly requested that Free-Tournament Premium be provided during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount for the service already rendered up to the time of withdrawal.
